Phase 1 delivers 296 apartments across four residential blocks, while Phase 3 adds another 241 homes distributed over three buildings. The properties range in size from one to four bedrooms.\n\nUnder the contract, Metac's scope includes structural basements, associated infrastructure, and dedicated resident amenities. According to project plans, the grounds will feature swimming pools, play courts, and a fitness centre. The community design also includes landscaped communal areas, walking and cycling routes, and direct access to Crystal Beach.\n\nThe entire Bay Grove Residences master plan will eventually encompass 1,154 homes spread across 15 residential buildings.
